By using RoutineSkin, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the app.

Use of the App

RoutineSkin is designed to help you manage your skincare routine. By using the app, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your skin and products
  • Not use the app as a substitute for professional medical advice
  • Respect intellectual property rights

Important: Cosmetic Use Only

RoutineSkin is a cosmetic skincare companion, NOT a medical device.

  • No medical diagnosis: The app analyzes visible cosmetic characteristics of your skin, not medical conditions
  • Cosmetic suggestions only: All recommendations are for general skincare and beauty purposes
  • Not a substitute for dermatologists: For any skin health concerns, always consult a certified dermatologist
  • Stop if irritation occurs: If you experience adverse reactions to any product, discontinue use and seek medical attention

The AI analysis evaluates cosmetic aspects like hydration appearance, texture, and luminosity to suggest skincare routines. It does not detect, diagnose, or treat any medical condition.

AI-Powered Features

RoutineSkin uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to analyze visible cosmetic characteristics of your skin. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

  • The analysis evaluates cosmetic appearance (hydration, texture, luminosity), not health conditions
  • Photos are resized and temporarily sent to AI services for processing
  • Photos are not stored permanently on external servers
  • Results are suggestions based on general skincare knowledge and may vary
  • AI analysis is not a substitute for professional dermatological advice

Intellectual Property

All content in RoutineSkin, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of RoutineSkin or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subscriptions and Payments

RoutineSkin offers premium features through subscriptions:

  • Free Trial: New users may access a 7-day free trial of premium features
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings. No refunds for partial periods
  • Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified in advance of any changes

Limitation of Liability

RoutineSkin is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that results will be accurate. We are not responsible for any damages that may result from using the app or the recommendations provided.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication in the app. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
